Well. I feel that mc is kinda dumb. He obviously knows that something is not right but he stills goes in. The reason? 'Since he already climbed the wall, it'd be a waste to not go.' What kind of reason is that?

As long as the assassin doesn't leave evidence, what's the use of a witness? And who says assassin can't borrow money or pay owed money?

Your stereotype about assassins is completely wrong, assassins are not spies or "agents" of movies or animes that you see, in my country it is very common to hire assassins To do the "dirty" work they most of the time go in the dead of night in a place with no one or wait days or weeks observing the target, and kill, Even if there are witnesses, most of the time they don't get rid of them, the reason? it's because it's not worth jeopardizing your work for any character. Of course you might think I'm contradicting myself by saying this, but it's reality, a "murderer" in real life is not as meticulous as in fantasy.
