Novels like this made me realize that reading chinese novels made me develop trust issues lol. The mv in the story met his companions early in the story and I was waiting for them to betray the MC buy as I read further I think they would not or it is on the later chapters. I didn't enjoy their adventure because I kept thinking that they will betray the MC lmao.
It's both good nd bad I guess.... U won't easily beleive someone so it's hard to fool u(in novel nd in real life) but at the same time u won't be able to freely tell anyone ur inner thoughts
