Hey i like this genres but it is soo difficult to understand character and there's to many people names, can someone tell me all female and Mcharacters about there all name itss soo confusing

Help! Can anyone briefly tell the story of this book? It's been a few days and my little brain still doesn't understand it(｡ŏ﹏ŏ)
Uh I kind of don't understand :( like he said the name before then I forgot about it a while later, maybe the story has too many names and a bit difficult for me but this my favorite genre(｡•́︿•̀｡)
The first few chapters were interesting and I could understand. However, after the first 3 chapters, the rest of the book was confusing and messy, I don't understand it at all. Maybe some chapters are missing because the plot is very jumbled up.
