Para los que tengan duda del género del ML es hombre alfa; conforme vas leyendo se aclara este hecho (desde la descripción de la apariencia hasta preguntas directas), la traducción no tiene errores como otras historias dónde confunden el sexo masculino y femenino. The only thing i hate about MTL translation is when the translator Confuses the pronoun, like i dropped so many novels cause i couldn't tell if it's she/her or he/him, like a fic with yaoi tag but the The main characters had she/her pronoun but some parts it will be he/him and then back to she/her and so on Not talking about this novel specifically but so many novels that i tried reading and kept getting confused

I think it's bc it's female alpha x male omega, so it's actually BG (boy x girl) novel, therefore shoujo. And yes, there’s mpreg bc the male is an omega and can give birth
This is indeed shoujo and not yaoi or Yuri, it just so happen that the omega is male and the alpha is female that's why it has a mpreg.
