I am so glad i skipped to the last... Everything is done for for the MC, the only thing he can do is to be like zero returner and try to restart the world or shit to be with his loved one... An MC who was played by the antagonist to the very end... Not a kind of book i would have liked to read...

That's just some guy messing with the tags. The Tags can be edited by anyone. It made me hesitate too when I first came across it. Then I realised someone is deliberately changing tags. There is no Tag such as Manly Gay couple.
