Bruh, Britain is the global power at this point and furthermore has a poor relationship with France at this point. What do you mean he’ll travel cross continental, or defeat the Ottomans for access to the Mediterranean, or travel from under Africa and then to the Qing Dynasty? Besides, Hong Kong was occupied after the Napoleonic Wars with the first Opium War so it wouldn’t even have Hong Kong by the early 19th century.
