I’m seriously speechless how stupid the plot twist and fantasy things are. First 1,000 chapters was okay, quite enjoyable, then came the arc where Qin Chu went missing, the FL in this arc was totally stupid and muddle head. She was entirely different than how she was initially portrayed! Especially during her first pregnancy, the most stupid scene I’ve read was when she read the the wish Qin Chu wrote and wanted to jump off a cliff. Wtf?!? Then a lot more fillers and came the arc of speechlessly stupid misunderstanding and both FL and ML got jealous when the other interacted with the opposite sex and then came the divorce crisis thing. I meant, that’s way too off how the author had built up the characters. It’s ironic but later on I didn’t even like Qin Chu and Hou Mian anymore. Su Yu was definitely the life saver for this novel and unbelievably the author killed him off and got his imagination run wild with another parallel world where Su Yu got together with Hou Mian whereas in the other world he chose to sacrifice and be left in the dream and eventually his family decided to end his life to release him from suffering. What stupid plot is this? It’d have make more sense to me if the author had made Pudding and Su Yu a couple. They definitely had great chemistry although the age gap. But to kill him off, and then add some fatansy Su Yu-like character to the story, it’s unacceptable. I honestly felt like I wasted so much time reading such a terrible novel. I’d have prefer Su Yu stay single than him being with Hou Mian. It’s even more funny where 85% of the story is real life things whereas the last 15% of the storyline is utterly tasteless fantasy with dream control and all that. Garbage!
Ngl this was a good novel. But you shouldn’t have created another after story of Su yu with mian. It gives out weird vibes man. So I’d say how you ended the novel was pretty bad. U either drop the character or give him an alternate happy ending and that ending author wasn’t what i had in mind. Anyways a good read till chapter 4500+-
I read it again for the 3rd time. I really like qinchu n huomian love story. But feel very sad for suyu. He should be able to get rid of the nightmare n fall in love with miss han and get marry and hv a happy ending but not in other world with huomian. What is this means. Aiyoo. N twins story is too short too. Overall is a one of my best novel story
I've been crying for over an hour after finding out that Su Yu was killed by the author 😭 I'm always been a ChuMian fan and I ship Yu to Yaoyue, I really like Su Yu.. so when he was trapped in dreamland then later euthanized I can't stop crying so hard. 💔😭
Seriously the story is just torture for the readers and the second male lead. The ML and FL have no sense of danger. It's like they are living in their own world and when something happens they surprised as though they didn't see it coming. I mean the most pitiful is the second male lead. I usually always support the main couple but this the first time I had major second male lead syndrome. In fact the main couple don't deserve to be the main couple they are annoying. Su yu and another woman should be the main leads. Anyways read it if you are ready to break your phone or if you have great patience or nothing better to do. Seriously I don't recommend this novel. Of the 2000 something chapters that I read, 1500 chapters were about the plainness but beauty and smartness of the FL and how perfect of a couple the main leads were. It is a novel with very little substance and a lot of fillers
Totally agree! It’s funny how I initially came from supporting the leads to hating them and wholeheartedly supporting the 2nd ML Su Yu. He’s honestly a well-written and developed character. Believe it or not later on I only read chapters related to Su Yu and the twins. But good thing never lasts.The author mercilessly kills off such a great character and created some sort of dreamland and unrealistic fantasy. It’s disgusting how the author set up Su Yu and Hou Mian in the parallel world. I feel like Su Yu is a character that should have been better off staying single than with anyone because through out the story i don’t see any females matching or good enough for him. He’s too good for anyone tbh. I’d thought maybe Pudding might end up with Su Yu but well, what a plot twist it was
