Fucking racism again. like in I Created the World, this novel HAS to have scenes that portray Japan in a bad light and has to have scenes where People die in Japan or only Japanese people are mainly killed. The novel does something which Shepherding Humanity does which is the 'Chinese Brain Supplements' where all the powers in the worlds are believed to have originated from Chinese mythology. It gets on my fucking nerves. The problem is that I like the story most of the time except for these lumps of shit. Sigh. China just has to be a special snowflake all the fucking time. They have such an inferiority complex.
Now so many people have said this in so many different novels but I'll say it again. THIS IS A CHINESE NOVEL. Its made for CHINESE by CHINESE people in CHINA. Now what does this tell us? It means they will not cater to you so just shut up. Not just yo but everyone who has this problem. Now to address some points in you comment. 1. Chinese hate japanese. They were literally taught that. Chinese people are taught Patriotism in school since childhood. 2. They are using chinese mythology because they are CHINESE. They will not use your countries or some other countries mythologies unless they want to. There are Chinese novels like those as well but they are rare. So do some work and seach them yourself. Alright? Good day. PS: I have a lot of problems with many different chinese novels but I stay calm and don't keep bitching about it.
It's called venting. I've read so many Chinese novels that I used this comment to vent. It's not the Chinese mythology that bothered me. It's the idea that they want to appropriate all other countries cultures and say they all originated from china. It's also the fact that in their stories, china MUST be in the best position. It's a lack of creativity on one side, and it just makes me feel like they have a massive inferiority complex when it comes to their country, that they have to make it seem better than it is in their stories.
