As far as I've currently read (119) trekschool's review should be about the mc being a semi-slave and friend of Da Yu in his previous life.
I read the introduction chapter and thought that in all the cultivation novels, the scriptures are unintelligible, and people need to spend a lot of mental power to comprehend them, so, what if those scriptures are just bad mtls?
Chapter 81 is the most confusing one I've currently read.
The mtl isn't bad, it's that there are too many people doing things so I can't understand who did what and it doesn't help that there are a few Chinese words mixed and that the names are also all Chinese.
Anything that is even remotely related to history is like a heavenly book, you understand the overall meaning but the details are incomprehensible (atleast for me).
People all over the world are having trouble containing evil things but are still hostile to eachother just for the sake of being hostile and it is disguised by saying that it is for benefits, revenge or defence (they are all trying to be the hegemon of the world).
kinda just is the world, as the wise words said 'anything political ( sorry for spelling ) is an ego measuring contest'
