Where did the cheat go
An excellent army/kingdom building novel set in the Warhammer Universe. There is a system but its effects are mostly nominal, little more than information gathering with a few bonuses to the building aspect of the novel. The triangle of army, kingdom, and cultivation building has been done as well as any novel. There have been a few NPCs appearing from thin air, but on the whole the system stays in the background as a method of showing progress. It's the Warhammer Universe, so expect betrayals, corrupts nobles, useless commanders, and arrogant busybodies and agents of Chaos. If this is your genre you won't be disappointed.
The system disappeared after chapter 60 at most. Overall a pretty good novel to read if your into Total Warhammer.
