This is a story about the study of technology in the wizarding world.
Probability, electromagnetic induction, nuclear physics, relativity… if one explored and learned the scientific way, one would be able to master everything. This was Richard’s way of thinking until he traveled to a world similar to the Middle Ages as the prince of a nation.
One day… he’d been carried away by a dragon.

MC is an idiot. He finds a faster but harder way to cast magic and thinks it’s not good. But then he finds an even harder way to cast magic but says it’s better? Also according to him using props to cast magic and using mana outside the body is the same, anyone with a bit of intelligence can tell that it’s not.

Same way the author didn't study principles of magic, nor anyone else. It's all based off reasoning and common logic, and that same logic depict that MC actions are pretty dumb.
