Why do they keep updating the novel if the chapters keep coming out incomplete?

3,5 Star, Worth to read from chapter 1-400. 1-400 is still readable, development MC and other is good. 400-ongoing waste of time, plot stagnant, power level stagnant,romance stagnant (too coward or just avoid and make big misunderstand or he didnt want romance and female character just to attract reader for see who girls that protagonist choice) overpowered, restless protagonist, side character just A side dish to fill novel word, system' just to tool to get information from Nerd,
Basically tries to go through the entire world of warcraft history/lore with a moderately significant character who can't really affect the plot much at all. So basically, you're on railroad tracks the entire time. There's no big changes, the MC doesn't even become entangled with truly plot-important characters, he just kind of takes part in his own little story with a bunch of unimportant side characters for the first couple hundreds of chapters. By then, it's already too boring to wait for actual development, so even if something happens after chapter six hundred, I can't be assed to read it.
