Why is Gu Wei older brother have the same as him?
Sometimes I really don’t understand omegaverse stories. It felt like alphas and omegas are the only important people in this world. As for the betas, they’re like extras. It doesn’t matter if they’re there or not.
They just need a reason to make people act like animals; think with their lust, not logic.

You should only read omegaverse if you believe in fate, want to read smut, or if you're very sentimental because reality can't openly accept gay pairs. The idea was quite amusing at first, but after reading several omegaverse stories, I've found that omegaverse isn't gay and it's really just to satisfy the readers' desire to have a world where a boyxboy pairing is normal. I was actually trapped in yaoi because it hurts not being able to openly fall in love. My first encounter with omegaverse actually felt like I broke out of that feeling I had with yaoi. Also, fated pairs are very romantic at first, but after reading a few stories where they fought that fate to stay with the person they chose, that fate seemed pointless too. Omegaxomega and AlphaxAlpha, as well as AlphaxBeta and OmegaxBeta pairings are the best once you've found this too. And if you just wanna read smut, well, it's better to read japanese omegaverse, or OmegaxOmega pairing which is rare. As for their "instinct" that leads to all the problems in the stories hahaha, I also feel like it's gone out of hand. When omegas are in heat now, they will act as if the heat was induced by their fated pair because it's just so bad, even if it's just a regular heat. Even dogs won't be that weak when they are in heat. Gosh. Omegaverse itself is not hopeless, it's just that oftentimes, authors write them for the sake of visuals. Omegaverse is actually a free universe whose basic concept is to divide people into ABO. Any writer can alter any concept as long as there is still ABO. So, this may also mean that the problem is not in the subgenre itself, but with the authors. hahaha
