After the human emperor technique or whatever i stopped reading. Any spoiler afterward? I really dont like this idea, as if author cant make MC stronger without bs like this.
Chapter 9 im rarely mad, but here i got really mad af. The mc got his blood pills and obviously there is a bully and who want to take it from the new disciples, and with mc turn, the mc decided to fight, but guess what the author decided to let the mc beaten serveral injured took 5 blood pills or so in the fight to get a power boost but yea well he never hit once HAHAHAHA AND AFTER HIS BAD TRASH FIGHT HE LET THE ENEMY LEAVE WITH A SMILE HAHAHAHA AND IF YOU THINK IT WAS THE END IT WASNT, THE BULLY TOOK THE PILLS OF THE OTHER PEOPLE AND GAVE THE MC THE FAULT WITH SMILE HAHAHAHAHHA

This novel has good elements (Have read 600 chapters) compared to many - MC is decisive and a little calculative, the initial plot is nice, character development is in moderation - the system is not too overpowered and action-wise you won't feel bored. Now the negatives - there is a contradiction in the story and MC's character, sometimes too ruthless sometimes not at all, his goal is clear but he has a memory of goldfish gets attracted to too many sides face slapping plots. There is no clear victory at end of an arc and since the MC is only pursuing strength it gets one-dimensional and at Meh territory. Very later (550+) he actually develops some interest in other things in life, but he is too far developed to be emotionless. The small bits after passing difficulty are written poorly and seem out of place and usually gets concluded in 3 - 4 lines. The side characters that were written well, are out of the story now the remaining ones are too boring. The story is just moving more and more towards dumb, broken plots where everything is resolved with brute strength (Way worst they normal for this Genre). Overall 2.5 Stars, Read it but start with low expectations for the development of the story.

Your typical emo/tragic mc, troupe after troupe, beat everyone up with no consequence novel. Passive only mean passive skills he have, he is overactive and overreacting everything. MC like this will be seriously beaten in reality if he is going to work; like your senior in job taking cuts, beat him up (even tho he is twice your height and stronger) your manager delaying wage, beat him up (even tho he can call up his goon to fck you up). Without thick plot armor this kind of MC will become fertilizer or fish food real quick.
MC never thought about consequences when beating people up. After getting his ass kicked at newcomer ceremony, he amazingly survive thanks to plot armor and no one bother to revenge him before he is fully healed. After beating the goon of inner disciple, he rob precious items without thinking. All he thought was he need to become inner disciple to get protection, just wow. No he dont need protection, he need a doctor to check how can he survive in cruel world with smol brain. This author is full of sht i am sick and tired of it.
