3. Mild Poison. The first 40 chapters shows high levels of toxicity. The MC manages to gain an almost complete magic education at age 7. Things just go perfectly for him when manipulating adults into taking him seriously and just seem to give him whatever he asks for. The author also seems to have a habit of lecturing the reader and breaking the fourth wall to justify themselves. There are also some parts that are just copy and pastes from the original novels. After the first 40 chapters or so the author seems to have hit their stride. No weird sudden strength gains that don't feel earned. Instead of just copy pasting text from the original the author starts summarising and glossing over the parts that people already know. No more fourth wall breaking and lecturing for the most part. The current arc (chp 98 is current chp as of review) is creative in a way most harry potter fanfictions never accomplish. Unfortunately it seems to be marked as dropped so we will likely never see the end of it. Verdict: Mild Poison if you combine the highly poisonous beginning with the not at all poisonous mid and end.
