At 230 the MC started absorbing the Styx essence in order to breakthrough to Ghost Emperor and up to 310 he still isn't finished. The 8- chapters between 230 and 310 aren't even interesting and frankly immensely boring; frankly the story becomes so incredibly boring at the 150 mark and I just can't believe I lasted up to chapter 314. Don't waste your time on this Novel like I did and look for something else. It's not worth your time.
I've tried reading this novel 3 times and I dropped it 3 times. I just can't take this plot lol dogsht garbage. Theres nothing to read man.
I just can't bring myself to be interested in exorcism in china. About the gods and ghost whatsofuckingever. It would end up him being a god of underworld which is really fcking uninteresting and overused. Reality is plague by ghost and eat people yadah yadah yadah same old thing.
For first time reader of this type of story, it would be interesting for you. A novel for passing time.
So what is this a fanfiction of? If I do not know the original can I read it and enjoy it?
Harem Tag - I'm out!! I don't want to read it even if summary sounds good.. Too many Harems bro that you can easily predict.
Up to the 200th chapter there isn’t even a hint of romance and the fanfic tag seems like it may be a lie so it might not be a harem novel.
Late reply, but the mc does indeed have a natural affinity towards women. Women who meet him just can't help themselves but cling to the mc. It's not technically to the extent of the harem that we are getting in mtl where women would rather be slaves just to be with the mc, but it's indeed something that is very much noticeable unless the readers are mentally handicapped. It's annoying, to be honest how authors would really willingly decrease the IQ of women in novels to make it more profitable for the male audience, which by the way is the major readers of harem (there are a lot).
